Night of the number π is a part of the Year of Mathematics in Pomerania announced by the Pomorskie Regional Assembly. The aim of this initiative is to promote mathematics. On this day in Kartuzy Kashubian Museum has prepared many activities for students of primary and secondary schools over.
Students will visit the museum of the Primary School No. 2 in Kartuzach and the Convent High School. Heard jokes Kashubian, visited the permanent exhibition and patiently embroidered number π. Great master of embroidery was a group leader Mirosław Lange. Moreover, the students enjoyed the puns, puzzles Kashubian, ran laps around the building 3.14. In addition to the poems rhymes rolled out the number of PI.
After 22.00 museum reached children from Elementary school "Dwójka" who painted on glass number π, talking Kashubian, played games logical. During the game the number Pi students visited the museum Kartuz Mieczyslaw mayor and director Gregory Goduński SP 2 in Kartuzach Peter Kloczkowski along with Andrew Karczewski.
